On 4 February 2021 at 11:00 – 12:00 CET / 14:00 – 15:00 UAE time, the ‘Go International: UAE - Luxembourg Trade and Investment Office Abu Dhabi: The preferred partner for Luxembourg companies’ webinar was hosted by the Chamber of Commerce, in close collaboration with the Ministry of the Economy and LTIO Abu Dhabi. This Luxembourg Trade & Invest network set up by the Ministry and the Chamber around the globe endeavours to provide their services as well as introduce business opportunities for Luxembourg companies in their respective markets.
The webinar was kicked off by the Minister of the Economy, Franz Fayot, the Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the United Arab Emirates, Elisabeth Cardoso, and International Affairs Director at the Chamber of Commerce, Cindy Tereba. The Executive Director, LTIO – Abu Dhabi, Loïc Bertoli, gave a comprehensive overview of the UAE economy, challenges and opportunities for Luxembourg companies, and the progress on the contract work at the Luxembourg pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai while the Trade Officer, Sabrina Amiar, explained the services offered by the LTIO to Luxembourg companies.
