The Vietnamese delegation, composed of members of the Vietnamese Government and key players of the private sector, was warmly welcomed by Mr Carlo Thelen, CEO of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and Mr. Lex Delles, Minister for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Tourism. At the opening ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Lex Delles recalled the strong historical links that unite these two territories and the absolute necessity to strengthen and develop new partnerships, institutional, touristic, economic and academic, especially as Vietnam and Luxembourg will celebrate in 2023, 50 years of diplomatic relations.
