About the speaker
Claude FABER holds degrees of MSc. (ETH, Zurich) and MBA (Insead, Fontainebleau) and is Partner of Optimise s.a.. He successfully operated turnarounds and major change projects since 1993, mainly as CEO, MD or VP Business Unit, heading industrial companies of up to 1200 employees in France, Germany, Luxembourg and the UK in various sectors. Previously he launched and managed Egon Zehnder in Luxembourg, after holding senior positions with Siemens - Munich and Arbed - Luxembourg, now ArcelorMittal. He launched Business Transition Management on interim management basis in Luxembourg in 2001. As an active Mentor for Business Mentoring since 2008, he also chairs the board of Business Mentoring Luxembourg asbl. He is a lecturer at the "House of Training" since 2013, and Adjunct Professor of Management at Jack Welch College of Business, Sacred Heart University. Chairman of the Board of a €40m plus company he is a board member in other companies.
