On June 15th 2021, the ‘Go International: United Kingdom’ webinar was hosted by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, and co-organised with the Embassy of Luxembourg in London. The event was part of a series of webinars introducing the Luxembourg Trade & Invest network around the globe and presenting their services as well as business opportunities for Luxembourg companies in their respective markets.
With nearly 50 participants, the event was kicked off by the Luxembourg Ambassador in London, H.E. Jean Olinger, and by Carlo Thelen, CEO of the Chamber of Commerce.
Christophe Brighi, Economic and Commercial Attaché at the Luxembourg Trade Office in London gave a high-level overview of the services offered to Luxembourg companies to locally support their business in the UK market.
Thomas Flammant, Trade & Investment Adviser for the UK Department for International Trade, gave market insights, pointing out the reasons why companies should expand their business to the United Kingdom.
Luxembourg companies Wallenborn Transports and Anderson Wise shared their insight and experience in doing business with Luxembourg and the UK.
