Fortunately, according to the available information at this time, neither Luxair's passengers in the area nor its partners on-site have been impacted, and flights are currently unaffected.
In response to the torrential floods that affected the southern region of Spain, Luxair is in constant contact with its passengers and partners on-site, local authorities, and the Embassy of Luxembourg. According to the latest information available, Luxair confirms that everyone in this area is safe but remains in communication to address any potential developments.
While flights to Valencia (on Mondays and Fridays) are currently scheduled to operate as planned, Luxair’s teams are closely observing the situation and necessary adjustments will be made if needed to ensure the continued safety of passengers and staff.
Luxair’s teams will proactively contact customers scheduled to fly to Valencia on Friday, November 1st, and Monday, November 4th, to offer support in case of need.
