Introducing a mutual empowerment network to evolve into an augmented self.

David Determe, fondateur pairtopair

pairtopair, a groundbreaking initiative dedicated to tailoring connections between professionals sharing the same realities, announces today its launch in Luxembourg. The network, engineered by former Betic co-founder, David Determe, aims to meet the need of leaders, independents, managers, collaborators and students, by facilitating connections and authentic face-to-face exchanges with peers to help them take insightful decisions.

David Determe, founder of pairtopair, states: “Prior studies show that loneliness in the workplace affects a significant proportion of managers, with around 2 out of 3 feeling isolated or lacking support in their working environment. This condition, which can affect both their personal well-being and their ability to take decisions, is calculated to affect almost 30,000 people in Luxembourg.”

pairtopair positions itself as a practical response to this issue by enabling professionals from all horizons to forge enriching links with peers sharing similar experiences, challenges and good practices.

David Determe comments: “Through my own experience as an entrepreneur and leader, where I benefited from the value of peer exchanges, I became convinced of their impotance. This led me to launch this societal initiative, placing human relationships at the heart of every interaction and offering members the opportunity to become an enhanced version of themselves.”

Today, the platform already counts 20 highly experienced mentors. In its first phase, the platform will facilitate in-person meetings between mentors and mentees, according to their professional experiences and specific needs, delivering personalised guidance and concrete perspectives.

In a second phase, pairtopair will enable groups of four professionals that share similar professional realities, to foster enriching and in-depth exchanges.

In the second phase, Pairtopair will facilitate the creation of groups of four professionals with similar professional experiences, thereby fostering enriching and in-depth exchanges. Ultimately, pairtopair will be accessible to students to help them project themselves into their professional future and meet their “future selves” by establishing links with professionals and peers.

David Determe adds: “pairtopair is much more than an ordinary professional network. It is a social network which, via an online platform, allows people to reconnect in person, face-to-face.”

With a strong vision and a social engagement, pairtopair reinvests 100% of its benefits in impact projects.
