The Vietnamese Prime Minister was accompanied by nine other ministers. The delegation will also visit other European countries.
"We committed to strengthen bilateral collaboration in discussions with Prime Minister Xavier Bettel. In particular, we count on Luxembourg's expertise in the areas of education and vocational training. We have also received a pledge that the number of scholarships for Vietnamese students at the University of Luxembourg will be increased," Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính said.
