The BNP Paribas Group in Luxembourg has once again been awarded the prestigious Top Employer Luxembourg certification for its excellent employee working conditions.
Each year, the world-renowned independent organisation Top Employers Institute recognises employers that offer excellent employee working conditions and nurture and develop their talent. Following an independent audit of its HR practices and systems, the BNP Paribas Group in Luxembourg was awarded this distinction again this year, making this the tenth time in a row it has won the award.
The survey revealed the three key strengths of the BNP Paribas Group in Luxembourg:
- Listening to employees, thanks to the system in place for listening to employees' voices, which helps to promote an employee-centric culture that takes job satisfaction into account;
- Change management, thanks to initiatives aimed at anticipating skill requirements and changing working methods in order to make them more flexible and agile;
- Commitment to sustainability, thanks to the many initiatives deployed to train and mobilise employees in relation to the challenges of Sustainable Development and Finance.
