We announce with great sorrow that on March 22, 2025, Alexander Machkevitch, one of the founders of Eurasian Resources Group (ERG), passed away at the age of 71 after a long illness.
Dr Machkevitch was a famous Kazakhstan businessman also widely known for his social and public activities. For many years he was most actively, directly involved in the development and management of ERG. This includes his tenure as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eurasian Resources Group S.à r.l. from 2014 to 2024.
All at ERG, the company’s management and the Board of Directors mourn the death of Alexander Machkevitch and offer their heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.
