LuxNetwork Acquires Fiber Optic Usage Rights from LuxConnect in a 10-Year IRU Agreement

LuxConnect, the largest data center operator and manager of an extensive dark fiber network in Luxembourg, announces the signing of an Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) agreement with LuxNetwork, a Luxembourg-based telecom operator serving businesses. This agreement extends LuxNetwork’s national network by over 400 km on LuxConnect’s dark fiber infrastructure, with a guaranteed service for 10 years.

A Decade of Trust and Collaboration

For nearly 10 years, LuxConnect and LuxNetwork have maintained a relationship built on mutual trust, enabling the development of innovative and reliable connectivity solutions. This new partnership strengthens that relationship for the next ten years through an IRU contract. This strategic collaboration allows LuxNetwork to leverage LuxConnect’s expertise and robust infrastructure while ensuring a diverse range of connectivity services.
