In a new article published on his blog, Carlo Thelen, General Manager and Chief Economist of the Chamber of Commerce, believes that Luxembourg needs to overcome old habits and outdated standards. As a matter of fact, the country should aim at less exposure to external shock and less dependence on foreign demand through a more inclusive and diversified growth strategy.
