Audit & Assurance continued its trajectory of sustained growth across all industries. The practice strengthened its market position by expanding its client base and enhancing its reputation as a trusted partner in financial reporting and assurance services. By balancing organic growth with strategic new engagements, it continues to set benchmarks for quality and excellence in the audit space.
Tax once again generated growth by further evolving its service mix and adapting to growing market complexity. With sustained growth in compliance activities and robust performance in advisory services, the practice capitalised on increasing demand for outsourced solutions and digitalised processes.

Enhancing sustainability expertise
Recognising the critical importance of sustainability in serving clients and making a meaningful impact, Deloitte Luxembourg has appointed Oriane Schoonbroodt as a Partner within Audit & Assurance, effective 1 December. Oriane brings over 20 years of experience in sustainable finance and sustainability integration, shaped by CSRD, SFDR, and other regulations and is GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) certified.
"Oriane's extensive expertise in sustainability will further enhance our assurance capabilities as we strive to meet our clients' evolving needs in navigating the complex landscape of ESG reporting requirements," adds Psaila. "Her knowledge will be a valuable asset to our team."

In the past year, Deloitte Luxembourg has achieved significant financial milestones, realising a 12% growth in net service revenues and surpassing the half a billion euros mark with €508 million in gross revenues.
