Fabrice leads a dynamic team of seasoned experts in Central Administration, Transfer Agent, Corporate Accounting, Corporate Secretary, and Consolidation services, delivering exceptional expertise that sets KPMG apart from the typical offerings of consulting firms. With a total of 22 years of industry experience, including 13 years managing the Luxembourg office of Apollo Global Management, he brings valuable specialized expertise from the asset management industry to KPMG. This knowledge will enhance the firm’s ability to understand the sector more deeply, facilitating informed decision-making and tailored solutions for the most pressing challenges faced by the firm’s clients while fostering stronger relationships: expertise, efficiency, and personalization. Additionally, Fabrice will play a key role in KPMG’s broader advisory practice, promoting collaboration between the managed services and advisory teams.
Gianfranco will focus on enhancing the firm’s go-to-market strategies and thought leadership within the banking sector and, more broadly, the financial services sector. His appointment comes at an exciting time as KPMG continues to strengthen its industry expertise and expand its service offerings in banking transformation, regulatory compliance, risk management and digital transformation. With over 17 years of experience in the advisory and consulting field, including 14 years in Luxembourg, Gianfranco has recently served as the Advisory Leader for a leading global provider of audit, accounting, tax and advisory services. Additionally, his extensive background in various C-level roles has equipped him with a profound understanding of strategic operational, risk & compliance challenges within today’s financial services landscape, with a sharp eye on clients’ needs and industry trends.
