DLA Piper in Luxembourg promotes Mélody Brunot to Partner in its Corporate practice

DLA Piper has promoted Mélody Brunot to partner in its Luxembourg Corporate practice, effective 1 May 2025 as part of the firm's global partnership promotions.

Mélody’s promotion is part of a global round of 65 new partners to be made across the firm and brings the total number of partners in Luxembourg to nine. Her promotion reflects the firm’s continued strategic growth and commitment to deepening its capabilities in Corporate M&A, and underscores the firm's steady development and ongoing investment in its people and future leadership. 

Having joined as Counsel in 2022, Mélody brings extensive experience advising local and international clients on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. She is also highly regarded for her work in corporate governance matters, supporting clients in adapting to evolving governance expectations and strategic priorities.

With a strong focus on innovation and emerging industries, Mélody works closely with scale-up companies and their investors, particularly in the tech and space industries, guiding them through international expansion and complex corporate matters. Her practice is at the intersection of financial services and transformative industries.
