This new program is completely financed from the company and developed in collaboration with renowned sports Dr. Carolin Baumgartner and the TSG Hoffenheim, focuses on providing holistic health support to its leaders.

Initiatives like management by expertise or the introduction of a four-day workweek have helped the company achieve remarkable results, including a reduction in the sickness rate to under 1%, an impressive figure by international standards. In 2025, a pilot group of Flibco 15 managers will benefit from continuous healthcare at the level typically reserved for top athletes. The participation is entirely voluntary and confidential and will allow these managers to access an extensive health examination program led by Dr. Baumgartner, a specialist in predictive and personalized health strategies. The program aims to enhance the participants' long-term performance and overall well-being.

A key aspect of the program is its focus on mental health. To this end, the TSG Hoffenheim provides advanced support through personality analyses, stress assessments, and psychological counseling. If the pilot phase proves successful, the initiative will be extended to all employees, again on a voluntary basis.
