The firm is making bold moves in 2025 with the strategic appointment of Bernhard Dedenbach as a Partner, Financial Services, solidifying its position as a leading executive search and leadership advisory firm. With over 25 years of experience, Bernhard previously headed Korn/Ferry’s Luxembourg office where he held leadership positions in the firm’s European and global financial services practices. He specialises in recruiting senior management and board positions in fund administration, payment services, wealth and asset management, neobanks, and crypto.

Bernhard’s appointment marks another major milestone for the development of Odgers Berndtson. The firm continues to strengthen its team with industry leaders who bring unparalleled expertise including Marc Niederkorn, Partner, Board Practice, who joined in 2024. Marc,  a former Senior Expert Partner at McKinsey & Company, brings 25 years of experience advising boards and senior executives which is vital for complex transformations.

Florence Joie, Partner, in Leadership Practice, adds more than 25 years of experience in leadership consulting, executive coaching, and change management, ensuring that the firm’s clients receive expert leadership guidance and talent development.

The addition of Anna Andres as an associate, who worked for three years with a German search firm even further escalates the impressive team. Anna will be focusing on client relations and executive search to deliver seamless experiences for top-level organisations.

The team also benefits from Robert Scharfe, partner, financial services & CEO practice. With over 30 years of experience in banking, capital markets, corporate finance, and asset management as well as his background as a former CEO of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and board member of BGL BNP Paribas, makes him a leading figure in Luxembourg’s financial sector giving him invaluable insight into the challenges and opportunities of today’s industry.

Nandika Kulshrestha, research and data associate, joined the team in 2024, bringing with her, precious insights from her time at Egon Zehnder.

The firm’s marketing department is strengthened with the addition of Olga Jeczmyk, senior marketing communications manager, and a specialist in B2C, B2B, and B2B2B marketing. With previous experience at POST Telecom and the European Parliament, Olga joined the team in 2023 and drives effective marketing within the firm
