The conference is held in English.

Ms Charlotte Emin, Legal Secretary at the General Court of the European Union, will take us behind the buzz around the highly topical subject of the competitive landscape in the field of Generative AI. She will address in particular why and how competition authorities are paying great attention to developments in the sector, highlighting how this may affect existing and future commercial agreements and business combinations in this field.

Charlotte is an experienced antitrust lawyer with a background in the private and public sectors and ample experience with technology companies. She is qualified in the US and the EU. She acts as non-governmental advisor to the International Competition Network (ICN) on behalf of the French competition authority. She teaches on digital regulation and AI at several law faculties in France.

The ALEDC is authorised by the Bar Council of the Luxembourg Bar to provide training as part of the continuing education of lawyers. Participants will be entitled to one (1) continuing education point.
