Banque Raiffeisen continues to invest in the development and modernisation of its branches across the country. Raiffeisen wants to be at the heart of the community to advise its customers more effectively. True to its mission of proximity and personalised service, Banque Raiffeisen offers modernised premises which are better adapted to the needs of its customers.
Three inaugurations this year bear witness to this commitment: in September, Banque Raiffeisen opened a brand-new branch in Esch-Belval, followed in October by the opening of a branch located in the heart of the capital, directly opposite the Luxembourg railway station. Finally, on 14 November, the renovated Alzingen branch officially opened its doors to customers, marking a new stage in the development of its branch network.
Contrary to the trend in the banking sector, where the number of physical branches is decreasing, Banque Raiffeisen has chosen to invest in strengthening its branch network, aware of the importance of human relations and trust in the banking sector. With 29 physical branches throughout the country, an online branch and more than 240 dedicated advisors, Banque Raiffeisen does its utmost to offer welcoming and accessible places of exchange, where each customer can benefit from personalised advice based on the values of proximity and cooperation.
“For Banque Raiffeisen, proximity is not just a concept, it is a fundamental value. Our branches are much more than places where banking transactions are carried out: they are places where customers are welcomed, listened to and advised, where they can benefit from personalised support,” explains Sandrine de Vuyst, member of the Management Board of Banque Raiffeisen.
Banque Raiffeisen‘s initiative is distinguished by its desire to remain close to its customers by offering them tailored solutions and advice. The new premises are designed to offer a warm welcome and a modern, friendly banking experience, making it easier for customers to do business with us.
At the same time, Banque Raiffeisen keeps a close eye on digital developments and continually adapts its services to meet the needs of its customers, whether physical or digital.
