The Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce would like to draw your attention to a business delegation to India from 10 to 18 February 2023, organised by the Indian Business Chamber of Luxembourg (IBCL), its accredited partner.

IBCL will, under its President Aditya Sharma, take a delegation to India to attend the following events in India: 

1) UP Investors’ Summit,  10-12 February 2023, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)

The State of Uttar Pradesh has a consumer base of 250 million people and is the 3rd largest economy in India with a high rating on ease of doing business. IBCL met the Ministerial Delegation of the State of Uttar Pradesh on December 12, 2022 and was invited to bring a trade delegation to the Summit in the State capital of Lucknow to be inaugurated by Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath in the presence of Hon’ble Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.

The Summit will create an opportunity to interact with leading business houses and senior decision makers from the Government of India in addition to local officials in Uttar Pradesh.  

2) 7th The Global Business Summit (GBS), 17-18 February 2023, New Delhi 

The CEOs / Chairman of the Board of international companies, in the delegation shall have the option to extend the stay and attend the 7th edition of The Global Business Summit (GBS) in New Delhi on 17 and 18 February 2023, to be addressed by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi and global corporate leaders. The registration charges of Euro 1200 per head, shall be waived for IBCL nominated attendees.

3) Responsible Renewable Energy Summit 2023 | 8th February 2023 - Delhi

The delegates arriving earlier will have an option to attend the Responsible Renewable Energy Summit 2023 on 8 February.

Complimentary registration on event site. A direct invitation could be sent by the respective organisers on request of IBCL.

The offer is free-of-charge for IBCL-Members that paid their membership fee for 2023. Non-members are requested to transfer Euro 90 per delegate (non-refundable) to IBCL by 24 January 2023. Please contact IBCL for the bank details. 

The flight fare, stay and local conveyance shall be borne by delegates. The meals during the Summit days shall be hosted by organizers. No RT-PCR test or vaccination certificate required for travelers originating the journey from Europe.
