The BPF supports partnerships between Luxembourg or EU-based companies and entities in developing countries (businesses, NGOs, public institutions, etc.) by co-financing up to EUR 200,000 to accelerate high-impact, innovative solutions.

The goal? To transfer expertise and innovations "Made in Luxembourg/Europe", fostering mutually beneficial collaborations that create lasting impact.

 Eligible projects include:

  • Feasibility studies for projects in developing countries

  • Pilot launches to test solutions in new markets

  • Sector structuring and large-scale deployment

Projects must include a business strategy ensuring long-term viability and alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Interested businesses have until 30 April 2025 to submit their applications.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Registered for at least 3 years

  • Minimum annual turnover of EUR 500,000 (or three times the co-financing amount requested)

  • At least 5 employees.
