Goodyear has renewed its Wingfoot Women development program in Luxembourg for a second year alongside social enterprise KnowThyBrand Women and non-profit organization WeSTEM+.

The program, developed organically by members of the Goodyear Women’s Network, offers 30 female Goodyear employees a bespoke personal branding training conducted by KnowThyBrand Women.
These 30 Wingfoot Women are then matched as mentors to young women in the Luxembourg community wishing to pursue the STEM fields.
The mentorship program will run for six months, starting in September.
Saskia Van Dyck, President of Goodyear Women’s Network EMEA celebrated the continued partnership: “We are thrilled to be collaborating once again with KnowThyBrand Women and WeSTEM+ on the incredible journey to uplift and empower women both within Goodyear and across the wider Luxembourg community.”
Noting that the Goodyear Women’s Network is one of the oldest employee resource groups in the company, Van Dyck continued: ”The Wingfoot Women program is a tangible demonstration of the Goodyear’s commitment to developing female talent in STEM fields.”
Giulia Iannucci, founder and CEO at KnowThyBrand Women added: “At KnowThyBrand Women, we understand the importance that strategic branding plays in the upward career journeys of women. Working again with Goodyear this year, we are excited to help the company’s women build sustainable career paths through effective personal branding programs.”
Vasiliki Moschou, Managing Director at WeSTEM+: “I am really looking forward to another exciting year of collaboration with Goodyear. With our expanded focus on empowering women and under-represented groups in STEM fields, the female mentors from Goodyear will be an asset to the budding community of our members as they start out on their first steps to carve out a career in STEM.”
