Your greatest success?

Having the perseverance to get through all the late nights, early mornings, and stress to get the company to product) market fit.

A major failure?

In the beginning, spending too long building product without a clear enough understanding of the market.

Future projects?

US expansion and scaling to the next level.

What do you think differentiates you from your business competitors?

In an era where the sheer volume and complexity of data can overwhelm even the most proficient organizations, decision-makers face the challenge of efficiently pinpointing critical information. Traditional data analysis by other companies uses methods that often lead to a 'data swamp' where information sources and valuable insights are obscured, making it difficult to act decisively and accurately.

Additionally, the integration of AI in data analysis frequently overshadows the irreplaceable value of human judgment, leading to an overreliance on technology that can misinterpret nuanced information.

At Tadaweb we differentiate ourselves from the competitors by uniquely combining technology with human intuition and expertise, emphasizing ‘small data’ to unlock boundless exploration and collection possibilities.

Your vision of entrepreneurship?

My vision as an entrepreneur is to contribute to the value of the future economy. I believe that entrepreneurs are the best possible way to bring about significant change and address some of the largest challenges facing tomorrow. I believe that entrepreneurs need to be supported and fostered, hence the reason I am also President of Pulse.

An advice to give to a budding entrepreneur?

There is nothing that will guarantee success more than hard work.

What difficulties do you currently face? How do you overcome them?

Facing the challenge of going global, adapting to new markets and expectations. We are on our way to overcoming these challenges by ensuring that the team we hire are experienced and world class. Recruiting talent is a real challenge. It would help if we could offer new incentives that are available elsewhere, such as stock options for example.
