The Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the publication of Startup Guide Luxembourg Vol.2, the latest edition from Startup Guide publishing and media company’s international guidebook series designed for those wanting to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure in the Grand Duchy.
Published by Startup Guide in collaboration with the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce following the success of Startup Guide Luxembourg Vol.1 in 2018, this new edition provides the latest information on how to navigate the thriving startup ecosystem that makes the Grand Duchy an ideal place to launch a business, including success stories and testimonials from startups doing just that.
Startup Guide Luxembourg Vol.2 was officially launched today, Tuesday, 15 June, by Startup Guide founder and CEO, Sissel Hansen, together with Bastien Berg, Head of Luxembourg-City Incubator, representing the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, at Luxembourg’s digital VivaTech Side Event kicking off the VivaTech Trade Fair, one of Europe’s biggest startup and tech events for entrepreneurs, investors and corporates looking for open innovation.
Startup Guide founder and CEO Sissel Hansen says, ‘Luxembourg has a lot to offer both aspiring and established entrepreneurs, and we’re thrilled to return to the country for a second edition’.
Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce director general Carlo Thelen says, ‘entrepreneurs contribute to the well-being of society overall and are the driving force of the economy. It only follows that startups, as the fruit of entrepreneurial genius, are an integral part of that motor and must be supported in that role; this guide does just that’.
The startup guide series was initially founded in 2014 by CEO Sissel Hansen when she moved to Berlin from Copenhagen to start a business and discovered that it was difficult to find relevant information about the process. She subsequently launched Startup Guide Berlin, which sold out in less than 48 hours, and is now on its fourth volume. In 2018, the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce approached the editor to bring the Startup Guide to Luxembourg. Today, Startup Guide publishes guidebooks and online content to help entrepreneurs on an international scale. Its mission is ‘to guide, empower and inspire people to start their own business anywhere’.
