The Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL) is delighted to release the FinTech Map of Luxembourg – www.fintechmap.lu.
It is the contribution of the ABBL and its Digital Banking and FinTech Innovation Cluster helping interested parties to better understand the constantly growing and enhancing FinTech ecosystem of Luxembourg.
This initiative is aimed at mapping and classifying various FinTech firms, software vendors and IT solution providers for the financial services sector of Luxembourg.
Andrey MARTOVOY, FinTech Adviser, ABBL: “This online directory results from the explicit demand coming from ABBL members. It provides basic information about FinTech firms legally present and commercially active in Luxembourg regardless of their ownership type, size, age and other criteria. Moreover, the scope of the database goes beyond that.”
In addition to the directory of FinTech firms and software vendors, the map outlines and categorizes major stakeholders and supporters of Luxembourg’s FinTech ecosystem in the following areas:
- Public policy
- Promotion of professional interests
- Education and training
- Support and funding for startups and established firms
- Research and development
- Media
- Organisation of events
