Antwort Capital closes its latest PE Co-Investment Feeder Fund allocating to SwanCap’s Swan VI.

Antwort Capital, a Luxembourg-based feeder fund platform, announces the successful final closing of its Antwort Buyout Co-Investment Opportunities Fund ("the Fund"), securing €17 million in commitments from more than 70 private investors across Luxembourg and internationally. The Fund gives exposure to a diversified portfolio of direct co-investments in Europe and North America by investing in Swan VI, SwanCap’s new dedicated co-investment buyout fund.

Antwort Capital has allocated a total of €45 million to SwanCap funds through Swan V and Swan VI, underscoring their commitment to the partnership and confidence in SwanCap's investment strategy.

Fund Strategy and Partnership

Swan VI, leverages SwanCap's expertise in the private equity buyout sector, implementing an integrated investment strategy exclusively dedicated to co-investments. Swan VI, the successor to Swan IV, has raised over €300 million in commitments and will continue SwanCap's proven approach of co-investing with premier private equity sponsors. SwanCap is one of the most experienced buyout co-investors globally, benefits from a curated network of 150+ GP relationships, built over two decades.
