2020 is coming to an end.
This year has been marked by the COVID-19 pandemic, which had - and continues to have - enormous repercussions on everyone, from our social lives to the well-being of society as a whole, including the health of our businesses and of our economy, which have been deeply affected by the consequences of this health crisis.
