EY Luxembourg is delighted to welcome 320 new professionals into its ranks by the upcoming October.

Participants from 29 diverse national backgrounds have come together, enriching the company with their varied cultural backgrounds and educational histories. The company hosted an orientation day on 16 September at the European Convention Center, for both freshly graduated individuals and seasoned experts. The day was packed with activities including informative presentations, interactive workshops, and panel discussions led by the company's top executives. The event served not only as an educational opportunity but also as a social platform, allowing the new recruits to network with colleagues who had entered the firm the previous year, promoting a sharing of knowledge and perspectives. Additionally, this gathering signified the start of the comprehensive training and induction program for new employees in the departments of Assurance, Consulting, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Core Business Services, which will unfold in the coming weeks.

"As we welcome our new colleagues, we're also embracing an exciting chapter with the arrival of our new global CEO. This is a time of revived focus on what makes EY unique: our ability to connect expertise across the globe. Our new global leadership is dedicated to building on this, ensuring that we continue to offer a collaborative and supportive environment for all. For those joining us, it's an opportunity to be part of a firm that values global teamwork and the diverse perspectives it brings. I look forward to working with our new joiners and seeing how their contributions will help us all grow and learn together,” says Olivier Coekelbergs, Country Managing Partner of the firm.

Adriana Boixados, the firm’s People Leader, comments: "September is a significant time at EY, as we welcome our largest number of new joiners, a group unmatched in size but followed closely by those starting in January. It's an opportunity for our new colleagues to join together, forming a strong and cohesive unit from the outset. At EY, we value the sense of community and teamwork that comes from starting together. We are dedicated to helping every individual feel part of our global family, fostering a culture of diversity and collaboration. Our aim is to support our new joiners in finding their path and growing their careers through continuous learning, meaningful projects, and a network of support. As we welcome our newcomers this September, we look forward to their contributions and to supporting them in their professional journey."
