Deloitte Luxembourg proudly welcomes 210 new colleagues from 22 countries as part of its Autumn Induction Journey, which began on 7 October at Lycée Vauban. This carefully curated programme marks the start of their professional journey, designed to immerse new joiners in the firm’s culture, history, core values, and strategic vision, embodied by the guiding principles of Higher, Further, Together.
The opening day featured engaging presentations from key leaders, including People & Purpose Leader Christian van Dartel, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader Sandrine Muller, Risk & Reputation Leader Jérôme Lecoq, and Advisory & Consulting Group and Innovation Leader Patrick Laurent. Their insights highlighted the extensive opportunities within Deloitte, its collaborative culture, and its strong commitment to lifelong learning and innovation.

Running from 8 to 11 October, the Autumn Induction Journey is designed to immerse junior professionals into Deloitte's dynamic culture and strategic vision through an extensive programme. Utilising a hybrid format, it combines in-person sessions with virtual training modules via Deloitte's advanced AI-powered educational platform. The curriculum encompasses a wide range of technical and soft skills, fostering the development of lasting relationships and a strong sense of community. Beyond training, the programme includes team-building activities and networking events throughout the city, reinforcing the firm's commitment to collaboration and unity.
With the addition of these new professionals, Deloitte Luxembourg continues to enrich its multicultural workforce, which now represents over 90 nationalities. This diversity strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions and fosters an environment that values different perspectives.
